Pushpa Bhusal Gautam is a Nepali politician and a member of the House of Representatives of the federal parliament of Nepal. She is also a member of the parliamentary International Relations Committee.[1] She represents Nepali Congress in the parliament.[2]

Previously, she had contested the 2013 constituent assembly election under the first-past-the-post system from Arghakhanchi-2 constituency, but was defeated.[3]
