The Open hand is the geographical representation of the city of Chandigarh located in North India. It is a Union Territory which is the capital of two states - Punjab and Haryana.
This Open Hand symbol is located behind the High Court in Chandigarh and it has the tendency to change its direction based on the flow of wind. Indian Football at the Open Hand.
