Drogmi (Drogmi Lotsāwa Śākya Yeshe) was the founder of the Sakya school of Tibetan Buddhism. Drogmi was a famous scholar and translator who had studied at the Vikramashila directly under Naropa, Ratnākaraśānti, Vagishvakirti and other great panditas from India for twelve years.
