Ishk Par Zor Nahi is an Indian television drama series which premiered on 15 March 2021 on Sony TV. Produced by Gul Khan and Karishma Jain under 4 Lions Films, it stars Param Singh and Akshita Mudgal.

Plot

Ahaan Veer Malhotra lives a disciplined and controlled life. Meanwhile, Ishqi comes from a humble background, believes in hard work, yet is free-spirited and vibrant. Both Ahaan and Ishqi are poles apart when it comes to their personalities. Both hold vastly strong opinions about marriage as well. While for Ahaan, a life partner would be the one to uphold his family values and be a homemaker, Ishqi values love above everything else in the world.

They met when Ahaan was going for a meeting, and Ishqi asked for a lift unfortunately little did Ahaan know it was about to get interesting... With her was a couple dressed in bridal attire. When informed that the couple was marrying against family morals, Ahaan forced them out of the car. Ishqi took the chance to steal the car and drive away with the aged bride and groom. Ahaan refers to Ishqi as 'car thief' in their future encounters due to this incident. Later that day, Ishqi came to his house to thank him and apologize for 'borrowing' the car, handing him a letter. Ahaan's family members were delighted to meet her and informed her through a phone call. Later, when Ahaan has her arrested, Ishqi goes to his office, breaks the glass window, and loses her job because of a police complaint. Due to her unemployment, she becomes Sarla's assistant. Sarla is Sonu's (Ahaan's sister) future mother-in-law.

Upon Sarla's order, Ishqi comes to take measurements for Sonu's engagement ring. She is still considered a thief by Ahaan but later proves her innocence and asks for forgiveness from Ahaan. Ishqi and Ahaan constantly find themselves in disagreement and, as a result, become enemies. Ishqi lives with her Masi and her drunkard Mausa who always beats her Masi for money. Coincidentally, Isqhi's fiancée Mayank is Ahaan's best friend. Ishqi and Mayank, along with Sonu and her fiancé Raj, are having a double wedding. One day, Ishqi comes to their house to take Sonu for wedding shopping. Later, Ahaan also reaches there as asked by Mayank to do so. Later in the series, we find that Mayank is Sonu's ex-boyfriend who troubles Sonu in shopping mall changing rooms. Additionally, Mayank is faking his marriage with Ishqi in an attempt to make Sonu jealous. On the other hand, while waiting for Sonu (unaware that Mayank is with her), Ishqi unintentionally creates disaster and frames Ahaan resulting in Ahaan's frustration.

In the evening, Mayank plans dinner for Ahaan and Ishqi (to spend time with Sonu), saying that he wants them to be friends. Ishqi creates a scene at dinner. Angry Ahaan breaks his car glass which Ishqi also repeats. Meanwhile, Mayank is using the wedding as a chance to get Sonu back in his life. He plans to do this by using his father's deteriorating health to play the victim card.

Ishqi and Ahaan often argue due to their contrasting reasoning about marriage and women. On Jagrata, Sarla's nephew tries to harass a girl. Ishqi saves her but was considered wrong by Sarla and Ahaan. Ahaan's old thinking and Ishqi's actions result in an argument. Ahaan disrespects her parents and asks her to get out of his house, to which Ishqi rushes out in frustration. Ahaan follows her because it was midnight, worrying about her safety, showcasing his caring attitude towards Ishqi. As he's following her, Ahaan finds Ishqi unconscious on the road. He picks her up and takes care of her. Ahaan learns that Ishqi is diabetic. He reminisces about the time he stopped her from eating food and regrets it. Ishqi confronts Ahaan after gaining consciousness. Kartik argues with Ahaan over their thoughts on the incident and eventually they resolve.

The next day he gives her a note saying that she has diabetes, asking her to keep it in her purse if she faints. Feeling offended, Ishqi replies to Ahaan with a note saying that he is aggressive and arrogant. They argue again, and Ishqi returns the note. After breakfast, Ahaan again asks her to keep it as a sign. Ishqi then receives a phone call and leaves in a hurry, leaving Ahaan worried. On the day of Sagai, Ishqi's mausa steals the Sagai ring. So Ishqi goes to Purani Delhi to buy a ring similar to the previous one. She arrives late to her own Sagai with a brass version of the ring, leaving everyone except Ahaan frustrated. Ahaan gives Ishqi a sample ring given by Ahaan's Chachi. Later, Ahaan also scolds Ishqi knowing that she was at work. Later he came to know that Ishqi’s parents died when she was young. This fact made a soft corner in Ahaan’s heart for Ishqi.

Ahaan drinks Bhaang by mistake and tells Ishqi that he had prepared the Holi party even after he hates Holi. He puts a ring on Isqhi's finger unknowingly. After Mayank and Isqhi's engagement on Holi, Kartik confronts Ahaan in a funny way for applying colour on Ishqi's cheeks. Sarla wants both brides to meet a saint. On the same day, Sarla overhears Sonu and Ishqi's conversation and misunderstands Ishqi's words. Sarla then threatens to stop the weddings unless Ishqi begs forgiveness by touching her feet. While Ishqi's fiancée Mayank forces her to beg for forgiveness, Ahaan takes a stand for Ishqi after knowing that Sonu was also a shareholder in this misunderstanding. The Mehndi day arrives, and Ahaan's name is etched on Ishqi's hand by mistake. As usual, Sarla creates a scene, but Kartik requests the mehndi artist to blame herself so that Sarla can stop blaming Ishqi.

The next day, Ishqi goes to the Malhotra house again to practice the rehearsal for the sangeet ceremony. Everyone becomes impressed by Ishqi's dancing skills. Suman (Mayank's mother) then requests that she visit the designer to select the dress for the function. There she meets Riya (Ahaan's girlfriend) for the first time. After that, they leave together in the lift and it suddenly stops. Riya calls Ahaan, who doesn't pay much attention as he was busy with his office work. But when Ishqi also calls him, he rushes to save her, leaving his work behind (despite his workaholic habits). Riya is elated on seeing Ahaan and introduces him as her boyfriend to Ishqi. Ishqi becomes shocked knowing this but leaves silently. Later that day, when Ishqi prepares for the Sangeet, she realizes that the dress is very tight. Mayank taunts her in front of everyone, insulting her weight and upsetting her. Fortunately, with Riya's help, she puts on the dress. During Mayank and Ishqi's sangeet performance, Ishqi's dress tears in front of everyone. Mayank leaves her in this condition, but Ahaan rushes with blazer, protecting her honour. While everyone taunts Ishqi for being very fat, Ahaan again takes a stand for her in front of everyone and encourages her to love herself. Ishqi attempts to confront Mayank for not defending her when her dress split. But she had to rush back home midway upon learning about her Maasi's emergency. When Ishqi reaches home, she sees that her Maasi is badly hurt and takes her to the hospital. At the same hospital, Ahaan's biological mom Savitri is admitted. Savitri lost family connections for several years. No one in the family knows her whereabouts other than Ahaan's grandmother. Later Ahaan's grandmother comes to know that Savitri has escaped from the hospital. We find later that she doesn't want Savitri to meet the rest of the family for an unknown reason. In the meantime, Ahaan worries about Ishqi and stays awake at night because of this. So he goes to visit Ishqi early the next morning. There he learns about Maasi's hospitalized condition and becomes very concerned for Ishqi. He doesn't directly help Ishqi but makes Mayank do so. Ahaan's grandma suddenly announces a change in the wedding venue. (fearing that Savitri may come to meet with the family). However, Savitri somehow manages to find family and hides in Sonu's car.

Thus everyone travels towards their new venue (with Savitri still in Sonu's car). After half the journey, Ahaan, Riya, Ishqi, and Mayank's travel car is suddenly damaged. They decide to travel by train nearby. Ahaan and Ishqi unintentionally get split from the group and are left behind while others reach their destination. Stuck with each other, Ahaan and Ishqi manage to get a lift by faking Ishqi's pregnancy. Ishqi teases Ahaan, and this makes him very angry. Out of anger, he reveals that no matter how much he tries to stay away from Ishqi, Ahaan can't because he cares for her very deeply and always worries for her well-being. Ishqi, touched by his words, reveals that she trusts him and knows that he would be there for her even when the whole world turns against her. They immediately become embarrassed for saying such things and do not realize their feelings for each other. Ahaan and Ishqi stop at a lodge as it's too late at night to return to the venue. Coincidentally only one room is left at the inn. They adjust grudgingly. However, in the room, Ahaan falls on Ishqi unintentionally. They stare at each other deeply and don't pull away from each other. Realizing their state, they get flustered again. They have a argument on AC temperature and Ahaan keeps it high and unintentionally damages the remote. At night, Ishqi catches a fever. Ahaan tends her and unknowingly falls asleep beside her. The next morning, Ishqi awakens and finds Ahaan beside her, and she misunderstands his intentions. However, the misunderstanding clears up, and Ishqi asks for forgiveness. Both finally reach the resort and find out that Mayank had planned a party for her (with a secret motive to harass Sonu).

Later, at the party, Ishqi gets drunk and confesses her feelings for Ahaan. She hugs Ahaan. Coincidentally, Ahaan sees Riya's call. They both start to develop feelings for each other and these all are watched by the godfather Kartik. The next day, Sonu wakes up and finds out that she had been harassed last night in an unconscious situation. Later she receives a photo on her phone from the unknown predator. In a sudden state of depression, Sonu attempts suicide by falling off the rooftop only to be saved by Ishqi. Sonu explains her situation to Ishqi, and Ishqi promises to identify the harasser, assuring Sonu not to worry. Later Ishqi and Ahaan converse in which she learns that whoever had to harass Sonu must have marks on his hand from Sonu's nail (as it had chipped). She tells Sonu about this, but Sonu tells her to keep it a secret until they find the person. They do so and lie to everyone that they are planning surprises for their fiancees. At night, during the family dinner, Ishqi says some touching lines on Sonu's behalf and causes everyone to become emotional, while Ishqi and Ahaan get lost in each other's eyes. After dinner, Ishqi and Ahaan again had some conversation in which she thanks Ahaan, telling him that she is very fortunate as he didn't harm her when he found her unconscious at both times.

At the Haldi ceremony, Ishqi secretly checks every suspected person's hands. In the end, they couldn't find the person. Mayank (the harasser) blackmails Sonu again, and she falls unconscious. While Ahaan was carrying Sonu, Ishqi's hand touched Ahaan's hand, completing their Haldi ceremony unknowingly. Ishqi tries to catch the blackmailer by calling his number, but the fire alarm is tuned. While everyone was running, Mayank's phone dropped into the pool. Mayank worries about the photographs. Meanwhile, Ahaan, confused about his feelings for Ishqi, tries his best to control his emotions.

Mayank plays a double game with Sonu and Ishqi. Ahaan was eavesdropping on Sonu and Ishqi having a conversation about the pictures. He heard half the conversation where Sonu requests Ishqi not to tell Ahaan about it and allow a drama-free marriage. Misunderstanding Ishqi, Ahaan asked her to tell him what they were talking about, but she refused. On the other hand, Mayank continues to worry about the photographs and tries to blackmail Sonu again. Suddenly Sarla sees Sonu weeping and bombards her with countless questions, but Ishqi interferes and stops Sarla.

Ishqi finds out that Mayank is Sonu's harasser at the wedding when noticing the scratch marks on his forearm. She also realizes that he was the culprit behind all the mishappenings and how he manipulated situations every time he was about to get caught. She contemplates telling everyone, but Sarla will cancel Sonu's wedding and thus, calls off her own wedding without confessing Mayank's wrongdoings. Mayank's family is traumatized on seeing this, while Ahaan thinks Ishqi did this because of her feelings towards him. Alone, Ishqi slaps Mayank, and Mayank threatens to tarnish Sonu's image anyhow. However, Mayank's father sees the photographs taken by his son and disowns him. In a fit of rage, Mayank pushes his father leading to his heart attack. Later Dadi, Sarla, Ahaan, and Suman blame Ishqi for Mayank's father's heart attack (unaware that Mayank is the main culprit). Kartik believes that Ishqi had her own reason to do so. However, Sonu is unable to tell the truth. Ahaan confronts Ishqi, promising to ruin her life. He also threatens her that he will get her arrested. Ishqi tries explaining that he doesn't know the whole truth. Mayank plays the victim card the next day, asking Ishqi to forgive him, but she refuses to do so, enraging Ahaan. Mayank then cuts his vein, and everyone again blames Ishqi. Kartik confronts Ahaan, and tries to reason that Ishqi might be right and that she's possibly hiding something. But Ahaan disagrees and calls the police. Ishqi defends herself, telling everyone that Mayank paid a waiter to mix up alcohol in her drink. The waiter accepts this but eventually frames Ishqi (on Mayank's orders). Ahaan assures Ishqi support if she tells him the truth. But instead, she surrenders to the police. Ahaan's hatred for Ishqi becomes limitless, and he warns her that he will ruin her life if they ever cross paths again. And they separate ways.

• '6 MONTHS LATER'

After six months, Ishqi has a new job at a resort as a waitress. Despite hating Ahaan after past incidents, Ishqi can still imagine herself with him. Meanwhile, Ahaan and Riya are getting their wedding preparations ready. Their engagement ceremony is coincidentally taking place at the resort where Ishqi works. When seeing each other, she believes it's a hallucination and pushes him. She later realizes that he is present there. Ahaan becomes confused when seeing her silent and obedient upon his orders to clean his and Riya's room as she spoke about her self-respect in the past. She goes to clean their rooms where she meets Karthik. He is happy to see her after six months but is shocked when he sees her working as a waitress in the resort. He confronts Ahaan when he insults her. But he doesn't react. Ishqi's Mausa ji hurts Ishqi by pushing her. He tries to throw a stone on Ishqi but Ahaan saves her. Despite hating Ishqi he becomes protective of her. He confronts Mausa ji, and warns him never to hurt Ishqi again. In between their conversations, Mausa ji spills out the whole truth of his misdeeds.

Ahaan and Rhea get engaged. Ahaan tells Chachi about Mausa ji and she also confronts Mausa ji and slaps him. Later, it is revealed that Rhea is pregnant, that's why she and her mother wants her to marry as soon as possible. Mayank shows up again and wants to harm Sonu again but Ishqi again saves Sonu. While Ishqi and Mayank were talking about past events, Ahaan learns the truth. He saves Ishqi from Mayank. Mayank tries to harm Ahaan but Ishqi comes in between thus causing her a severe head injury. Ahaan feels guilty and takes care of Ishqi the whole night. Dadi becomes suspicious of Ahaan's feelings for Ishqi and decides to separate him and Ishqi. Ahaan takes care of Ishqi and kisses her hand. Dadi manipulates Rhea and asks her to find a job for Ishqi. Rhea finds a job for Ishqi in Singapore via her father. Elsewhere, Kartik tries to make Ahaan realize his feelings for Ishqi. Rhea talks about her marriage with Ahaan, but he replies that he doesn't want to marry right now as there is already so much problem in his life. He confronts Sonu for not telling the truth. Kartik and Raj to get to know the truth after Sonu explains the whole situation and the reason why she kept quiet. She apologizes and everyone come to know Mayank's truth and thank Ishqi for her selflessness and helping Sonu like a true friend. Ahaan feels too much guilt for not believing Ishqi.

Rhea tells Ishqi about her new job. Ishqi initially hesitates but later agrees due to her responsibilities. Ahaan becomes aware of this and he confronts Ishqi for leaving everything behind. She sternly says that she has too many responsibilities on her shoulders and her Maasi is everything to her. After a little bit of confrontation, Ahaan in a fit of rage announces his wedding with Rhea to make Ishqi jealous. The same night they announce their wedding leaving Ishqi teary-eyed. When Ishqi and Ahaan were raising a toast, Ahaan pushes the glass with much force and Ishqi is injured. Upon seeing Ishqi in pain he recklessly runs to help her leaving Rhea jealous. She is then forced to pick up the pieces of glass as she is the worker there with her injured hand. The next day Ishqi along with her Mausi leaves for the airport.

In the evening, everyone is celebrating the wedding that is about to take place, except Ahaan. Kartik is aware of his brother's feelings and video calls Ishqi. He shows the arrangements indirectly showing Ahaan all alone, in his thoughts. Kartik then tells Ishqi to talk to Ahaan. Ahaan and Ishqi look at each other for a while but Dadi arrives to call Ahaan for the wedding. Seeing this Ishqi quickly congratulates Ahaan and disconnects the call. During the wedding, Rhea takes her vows and Ahaan looks at her, but sees Ishqi and becomes happy. Believing he is marrying Ishqi, Ahaan takes his vows, but instead of taking Rhea's name, he says Ishqi and everyone is startled. Ahaan realises what he has done and finally realises his love for Ishqi. He apologises to everyone and says that he cannot marry Riya and runs away with Dadi gawping at Ahaan's decision. Kartik follows him happily as his brother came out of his denial.

They both rush to the airport to stop Ishqi. At the airport, the boarding has started and Ishqi half-heartedly heads to board. Some other passenger in a rush spills juice on Ishqi, so she goes to the washroom to clean up. Ahaan and Kartik reach the airport and inquire about the Singapore flight, and the attendant tells them that everyone has boarded and it will depart in two minutes. Ahaan protests to stop the flight somehow but to no avail. He feels defeated and sits down. Meanwhile, Ishqi comes from the washroom and walks by Ahaan, who quickly recognises her and stops her. Ishqi does not turn around, thinking she is hallucinating, but Ahaan runs towards her and stops her. When Ahaan holds her hand, her eyes get closed, she turns and they come close together. Ahaan says "Ishqi" and she sees Ahaan with loving eyes and says "AVM". Ahaan tries to convince Ishqi by confessing his mistakes of not trusting her, for not expressing his feelings and for making her life miserable. Ahaan, then tries to persuade her, bends on his knees and proposes her for their marriage. Ishqi, somehow, tries to avoid him by giving excuses about her boarding, flight, and ticket, but Ahaan drags her closer and tears the ticket. Both are seen being very emotional, hands in hands. After having a warm conversation, they sit together on the edge of a beautiful beach where they have a romantic conversation and Ishqi says "Ishqaan" which even melts Ahaan over Ishqi.

Meanwhile, Dadi is enraged over Ahaan and Ishqi but she only showers Ishqi with the accusation of stealing his grandson from her. Sarla also joins this and rubs more salt over the wound as usual. Rhea's mother interrupts and interrogates Dadi for Ahaan's behavior and his values. Dadi is much embarrassed and at the same time, she is imbued with much anger and determines to deteriorate Ishqi's life. But Chachi, Sonu, and Kartik are somehow happy with Ahaan's decision of not marrying Rhea. Ishqi and Ahaan have a lovely conversation with each other where Ahaan expresses himself in a very warm way and waits for Ishqi's response. Ishqi makes silly excuses of job and career and that how can she trust Ahaan again, when already so much has happened. She can't make a wrong decision for choosing a wrong life partner like Mayank again, but Ahaan who is completely transformed tries to convince her of the same. They are lost in each other's eyes and share a romantic intimacy only to be interrupted by Dadi's call of threatening Ahaan and telling him that she is going to commit suicide. Ahaan and Ishqi get very worried for Dadi and try to find her. Ahaan is in a very distraught condition and hopes not to lose his Dadi like his parents. Meanwhile, Ishqi consoles him and helps Ahaan to find Dadi. At the resort, Sonu, Kartik, Chachi, and Raj are also worried for Dadi but Sarla and Ginni are still the same.

Now, Dadi is around a temple where she is about to commit suicide. While Ahaan is really worried and is hoping for his Dadi's safe return, Ishqi tries to find Dadi. Ishqi, after searching, finds dadi where she is about to get hit by a truck. Ishqi saves her and texts Ahaan. Ahaan is on his way when Ishqi and Dadi have a conversation. Dadi admonishes Ishqi and insults her presence in Ahaan's life. At last, Dadi decides to give Ahaan two options to choose either between her and family or Ishqi. Ishqi requests Dadi not to put Ahaan in such a dilemma otherwise he'll be left heartbroken. Ishqi bends on her knees and requests her to go back to family and to sort out her issues with Ahaan. Ishqi even gives up and says that she'll leave Ahaan at the cost of his family and their values. Ahaan overhears them and comes towards them. He takes Dadi back to the resort and leaves Ishqi on the road with a "Thank you" for finding his Dadi. Ishqhaan have again despaired. On the other hand, Rhea and her mom are constantly planning to enter Malhotra family and to find a way to hide Rhea's truth of her pregnancy. Rhea ensures her mom that everything will happen according to the plan and that she will conquer Ahaan even if he loves Ishqi. Dadi reaches the resort and everyone is happy to see her back. But Ahaan is much disappointed by Dadi's childish act. In the evening, Rhea misguides Ishqi that Ahaan stopped her just to give her a life back which she had to give up because of Ahaan. Rhea also pretends that she cares for Ahaan and his family and that at the end of the day, Ahaan will come back to her. She also disheartens Ishqi by inviting her to their wedding which will certainly never take place. Ahaan comes there and takes Ishqi away from Rhea. Ahaan is upset and disturbed but pretends to be okay. Ishqi feels the pain and sorrow in his eyes and tries to assuage him. She repeats the words that Ahaan once said to her which makes Ahaan gratified. Ishqi complains that her only problem is that she never forgets anything that has happened between her and Ahaan. Ishqi concludes and advices Ahaan to look after his family as family values are paramount than anything for AVM. Later, Dadi agrees to Ahaan and Ishqi's wedding after seeing Ahaan in distress. However, she plots something against Ishqi, behind her back, along with Rhea.

Initially Rhea had planned to frame Ishqi of reporting against Mayank for molesting Sonu. The plan backfired because Ahaan trusted that Ishqi would not do such a thing after doing so much for Sonu to save her honour. However, Sarla becomes enraged upon finding the truth and, after causing much drama (in an attempt to separate Sonu and Raj), pretends to apologize to Sonu while secretly promising to make her life miserable. Meanwhile, Kartik becomes suspicious that someone in the party wants to separate Ishqi and Ahaan. He tries to confirm his suspicions by calling the police and requesting for CCTV footage of the actual person who filed the case.

Dadi and Rhea plan to break Ishqi and Ahaan's relation by having Ishqi kidnapped and leaving a letter on her behalf stating that she cannot do the rituals due to the illogical method proposed by Dadi. A heartbroken Ahaan assumes that Ishqi has left him and has choosen her career over love. He later receives a phone call from Kartik who has uncovered the filer's identity. Ahaan and Kartik use this evidence plan to trap the filer by marrying Rhea.

Kartik arrives with the police and informs everyone that it was Rhea's mother who filed case against Mayank on behalf of Ishqi. Meanwhile, Ahaan also tells everybody that he already knew that it was Rhea and her family behind all the goof-ups. When Ahaan was asking Rhea's father about Ishqi's whereabouts, Ishqi arrives and tells everybody that somebody kidnapped her. Rhea accepts that all of this was done by her family but says that someone from Ahaan's family is involved too. Kartik tries to prove her wrong by contacting the priest who falsely alleges that that he was hired by Rhea's parents to fake the illogical ritual. Ishqi doubts Ahaan's trust over her as he admits that everyone thought Ishqi ran away leaving him and recollects that he didn't believe her until he heard the truth from Mayank's mouth. Ishqi feels dejected as Ahaan trusted Dadi blindly and he waited for evidence in case of her innocence instead of saving her. Ahaan and Ishqi marry, making Ishqaan official.

Ishqi gets a call from the hospital as Savitri woke up from coma. She admits to Ishqi that she is Ahaan's mother. She tells her the truth behind her disappearance, how her husband used to torture her and Dadi never stood against her son. She left with her children but on tracking them Ahaan's father died in an accident. Holding Savitri responsible for her son's demise Dadi got her into a mental hospital and made Ahaan and Sonu believe that their mother ran away with someone else. Ishqi reveals to Savitri that she is in fact Ahaan's wife. On the other side, Ahaan looks for Ishqi.

Ishqi calls Ahaan and says she want to have a talk with him immediately. Ahaan thinks that she is angry and may be that's why she was not receiving his calls. But soon Ishqi arrives and surprises him. Dadi acts ill to spoil Ishqaan's wedding night.

On the day of Ishqi’s moohdikhai function, Ahaan enters in drunk situation with Rhea holding him. Later Ahaan goes to hospital to meet Rhea where she says she will abort the child, but, Ahaan says I am ready to take the responsibility of the child but you will not utter a single word to Ishqi until I explain her everything. Ahaan feels guilty about his mistake and for breaking Ishqi's trust,thus, Ahaan apologises to Ishqi and says that he never cheated on her as well as Rhea. When Rhea’s mother went to resort to ask about Malhotra’s whereabouts manager tells her they have gone to Delhi for Ahaan and Ishqi’s reception. Rhea again plots something. Ishqi’s Grihapravesh ritual takes place.

Ishqi informs Ahaan that she is coming to his office along with the food. While Rhea was entering Ahaan's room Ahaan assumes that it is Ishqi thus, he pulls Rhea towards him and at the same time Ishqi enters. Rhea tries to create misunderstandings between them but Ishqi laughs and asks them why they are so shocked and scared and she questions Ahaan that are they hiding something from her , leaving Ahaan is stress. During Ahaan and Ishqi's wedding reception he got late due to some office work. Ishqi calls him to ask his whereabouts to which he replies that he will be there soon. In a minute he receives a call from Rhea's maid that her parents are not at home and she has got fainted leaving Ahaan in stress. He calls a doctor for her and asks Kartik to go to Rhea's house. Soon, Ahaan comes and then Ishqi and Ahaan dances.

Production

Development

The show was in pre-production for a long time. Param Singh had signed this show in July 2020, when the production house approached him for the same. The casting for Ishqi's character took a long time and finally Akshita Mudgal signed the show as Ishqi in October 2020. The filming of the series began in November 2020.

The Covid-19 pandemic's second wave in the country made the shoot get stalled in mid-April 2021, due to many restrictions across Mumbai. The cast and crew relocated to Daman and Diu for a little over 2 months to continue the shoot. They came back and resumed shooting in the sets in Mumbai in the start of July 2021.

Release

The first promo of the series was released on 28 February 2021 featuring Param Singh and Akshita Mudgal.
