K. Raghavendra Hitnal (born 1 June 1979) is a politician from the state of Karnataka.[1] He is a member of Indian National Congress.[2] He won twice as MLA from Koppal assembly constituency.[3][4]

Personal life[edit]

He is a son of former politician K. Basavaraj Hitnal.[5][6] He married Smt Rachana, and has a son and a daughter. His brother Rajasekhar Hitnal was unsuccessfully contested from Koppal in general elections 2019.[7][8][9]

Career[edit]

He is a close aide of former chief minister Siddaramaiah.[10][11] He contested in general assembly elections in 2013 & 2018 from Koppal and won the seat by defeating Karadi Sanganna Amarappa.[12][13][14][15]
