The term Malayali Brahmins or Malayala Brahmanar applies to groups of Brahmins from the Indian state of Kerala. These groups include the Nambudiri, Pushpaka Unni,[1] Nambidi, Moos, Ilayath, Nambeesan,[2] Chakyar,[3] Sivadvija,[4] and the Potti.[5]
