Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran (NRANVP), formerly known as Naya Raipur Development Authority, is the urban planning agency serving Naya Raipur Metropolitan Region of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It was established under the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973.[1] The headquarters of the authority is 7, Utility Block, Capitol Complex, Sector- 19, Naya Raipur.Although chhattisgarh people were expecting that they will get more beautiful urban infrastructure as compared to European countries but unfortunately they got a very poor looking infrastructure it's same as 1930's infrastructure of India except some government buildings, a landscape and a man made jungle safari park.Sadly after last rainy season Nava Raipur (aka.Naya Raipur) looks sterile, & Chhattisgarhi People arent attracted to this poor quality infrastructure.
